I am now in my mid-sixties, a carpenter by trade working for myself.  My passion for wood and working with my hands is more than matched by my love for Liverpool FC and music.

I’m a strong family man, married to Debbie for over 20 years, and I idolise my Daughter Holly and my Son Jack.  I was born in 1954 in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire and I’ve lived there all my life.

I left school at 14 years old with no academic qualifications, but an appreciation of wood and a craftsman’s eye to create beautiful furniture.

As you know, I’ve struggled to read and write so this project was a big one for me and one that has helped me tremendously with such matters.

I believe you ‘only get out of life what you put in’.  I’m currently known as ‘the biggest smile on the dancefloor’.
