What a fantastic book this is! I just wanted to say that I read it from cover to cover in one long sitting as I was totally transported into Reg's world!

I'm very jealous of Reg and all that he experienced during his search for soul...it must have been so exciting, terrifying and exhilarating all at the same time.

If you haven't read it, go out and buy it. If you have already read it, then read it again. Genius!

Met Reg for the first time at Monumental Soul Weekend Clacton July 2010. What a happy smiley positive gentleman he is and a true Soul Boy... Not many of us left Reg!!! So looking forward to reading the book!!

Awesome read. Thanks very much Reg, you certainly brought back allot of my forgotten memories. Highly recommend this book, even to non-soulies.

Hi my lil reg, your book was brill, I didnt put it down and read it in a day and got to bed at 3am! Your descriptions of the northern do`s made me feel like I was dancing beside you, which was great as I was too young for Wigan! I think anyone reading about your experience of losing your mum would feel a huge lump their throat. I am now a student nurse and hope that after reading your book I will be more understanding with relatives losing a loved one. Well done for a brilliant book. Love you Reg x x

Hi Reg,
I was so pleased that I was able to meet you saturday night & funny that you were the first person I saw when I had just arrived. Having nearly finished the book I felt as if I already knew you. That was my 2nd soul do and I really enjoyed it. The music was amazing and I loved watching the dancing. Hope to see you again Reg, Regards Helen
